VISUALIZATION modeling DESIGN SUPERVISION
The idea of the project was to create practical and comfortable housing for a young family, which can be profitably rented out over time. On a small area of 48 square meters, we have placed a full kitchen, a separate living room and bedroom area, a bathroom, and numerous storage spaces.

It is always intriguing to work on projects with strict constraints. The homeowner wanted to create a modern and cozy interior, using only natural wood in the finishes.
To add volume, various textures and wood stains were utilized. The dining table and workspace are adorned with artificial stone resembling white marble in the kitchen. This is a rare instance where the white element serves as a vibrant color accent.

First and foremost, we decided to rearrange the layout in order to achieve the desired geometry of the rooms and create more functional zones. As a result, within 900 sqft, we were able to accommodate a spacious kitchen-living room, a master bedroom, a children's bedroom,, two bathrooms, and a laundry room.

The design concept of this apartment was defined by panoramic windows, which became a prominent feature. The clients set the task of making the apartment as spacious and light as possible.
Based on their preferences, we have combined the living room with the kitchen, the dressing room is hidden in a separate room, with access from the bedroom.
